More About Us

Meet founder of 9to5wellbeing; Stephanie.

The day to day grind of business is no stranger to Stephanie.  A corporate role in Australia saw her navigate the stresses, rewards and consequences of a corporate lifestyle. Preserving her health and wellbeing was key during this period and ignited her passion for fitness and a holistic way of living.

Wanting to share this passion with others she left Australia and embarked on a journey of awareness, improvement and self discovery; ultimately finding solace as a personal trainer.  Over the years her enthusiasm for fitness has not wavered but rather evolved to include the well being of the mind. Meditation, breath work and yoga are of particular acumen. Looking to further share this expertise with others, Stephanie travelled to India to study these arts returning as a qualified and accredited instructor. 

Stephanie successfully founded 9to5wellbeing to share these practices with others. With a unique and tailored holistic approach, Stephanie and 9to5wellbeing provide exciting opportunities to enhance, improve and harmonise the body as a whole.

Yoga and Fitness

Experienced and fully qualified yoga instructors will bring a variety of different yoga styles to your door. Suitable for the yoga novice to the yogi addict. 

Why yoga? Yoga builds strength and flexibility, improves balance and coordination. Certain styles can energise and help to improve cardiovascular fitness; whilst others are designed to nourish the mind and body leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and calm.

Choose from Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Yin or Partner yoga for some workplace bonding. 

Personal Trainers and class instructors provide small group training, fitness testing and insight into improving posture and alignment. HIIT, boxing pad work, functional training and mat based core strengthening classes are available for your employees to enjoy as well as 'team building' bootcamp sessions.

Wellness and wellbeing are words thrown around daily, but do we actually take note of what they mean?

More importantly do we do anything to promote better health and wellbeing?

Often we hear the same excuse, I have no time! We are so consumed by our jobs, our busy social lives, taking care of others, that we forget to take care of ourselves because we have no time left.

The results, we burn out, we get sick, we have poor relationships, we don’t do our jobs to the best ability, and we are not living our best life.

This can change with time focussed on you, from 10 minutes a day of meditation, learning how to control your breathing, attending a yoga class, writing a journal; to setting boundaries at work and in our relationships, we can take control of our time and live happier more fulfilled, less stressful lives.
